Admissions : Application Process & Tuition
Application Form
Applications are accepted on an on-going basis. A non-refundable fee of $60
(day), $85 (domestic boarding), $160 (international boarding) must accompany the
application, payable to Fox River Country Day School. After April 1, applications are
put in the wait pool.
Student Visit
A class visit is required for all applicants.
School Records
These records must be received before a student can be considered for acceptance.
1. Photocopy of birth certificate or certificate of residency.
2. Photocopy of report cards or assessment reports.
3. Photocopy of results of any standardized test taken in the past three years.
International Students
All of the above and:
4. "Proof of Ability to Pay" forms.
5. Results from SLEP tests.

Extended Care
This program is designed to provide extended hours for our Fox River students
before and/or after the traditional school day ends. Extended Care begins at 7:00 a.m.
and runs as late as 5:30 p.m.

Tuition Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tuition and fees is due with the
Reservation Contract.
Tuition Payment Plans
Plan A: Payment in full due August 1, 2009, which entitles you to a 3% discount
Plan B: 10 monthly payments (with direct debit authorization) from August to
May. The Guaranteed Tuition Refund Plan (5% of tuition and fees) is required.
