Overview : Character Building Qualities

Character Building Program at Fox River Country Day School

Fox River Country Day School values the training of character as highly as the training of the mind and is dedicated to the development of character in all aspects of school’s life. Right thinking and right acting are the cornerstones of a healthy and successful life and form the basis of the school’s character education. Use of a common vocabulary of Character Building Qualities (CBQs) enables family members, in partnership with the school, to help each student cultivate self-respect, a proper sense of right and wrong, compassion and caring, responsibility as an individual and as a member of a community, and moral courage.
